Real estate holding group Frangos Group/USA Parking Systems, Inc. has offices located in Cleveland and Youngstown, Ohio. The Frangos Group comprises the largest single property owner in Cleveland’s Gateway Entertainment District, a region that includes Jacob’s Field, The Quicken Loans Arena, Playhouse Square Theater District, Cleveland State’s Convocation Center and Cleveland State University.

Major Youngstown properties owned by Frangos Group include: Realty Tower; the Plaza parking deck; Stambaugh Building; Wick Building; Erie Terminal; Harshman Building; 213 W. Boardman Street; Paramount Theatre; and the St. Vincent de Paul Society thrift store and office building. Frangos Group completely renovated the $6 million Park Place Garage in Youngstown.

As of late summer 2007, Frangos developed a master plan that includes a $250 million dollar development for Cleveland’s Gateway Entertainment District. The first phase is a 25-unit historic apartment complex alongside mixed-use retail and office space.

Louis A. Frangos, developer and President of the Frangos Group, now owns 18 parking lots and decks (under the USA Parking Systems, Inc. moniker) and six buildings in Cleveland, as well as six parking lots, plus the Realty Towers on Central Federal Street, the Plaza parking deck on North Champion Street and First National Bank Tower in downtown in Youngstown.
