Crews are gutting the interior of the old Realty Building on Youngstown's Central Square.

The long time office tower is being converted into an upscale condo and apartment building. It's one of a number of downtown renovation projects being done by Cleveland developer Larry Frangos.

We're told the work should be completed in the fall of next year
